Adoption Process for Cats & Dogs
We are committed to making good matches between our animals and their potential new homes.
If you are interested in adoption from JCAPL, an Adoption Application must be completed. The application will be reviewed by one of our Adoption Coordinators. If the application is approved, you will be required to complete an Adoption Agreement.
The PDF Adoption Application can be emailed to help@jcapl.org or faxed to (919) 300-5524.
